Our office is open from 9am to 4pm weekdays and by
appointment weekends and evenings. We post our most recent list in our front
window together with a map showing where each rental is located or you can stop
by our office at 1130 D Street suite 4 in the Mama Rosa's Restaurant Center in
Ramona for your own free copy. Feel free to drive by and see the houses but
please do not disturb the occupants. After you have seen them from the outside,
we will make an appointment for you to see the inside.
If you are wondering why we offer two rental prices, we have a discount program. If you wish, you may pay your rent early each month and make certain all your charges are paid on time, which is anytime before 4pm on the first day of the month and take care of all minor maintenance costing under $50 in parts. When you do these things, you earn a discount off your rent and may pay the smaller price. As far as move in cost, you will need the first month's rent and a security deposit. Your deposit is based on your rental application but is generally more than a month's rent and less than two. We charge no last month's rent in advance hopefully trying to keep your move in costs to a minimum.
